Meetings

We encourage all AGS Members to attend our meetings if
possible. Some of the benefits of attending our meetings are that
you get to know other AGS Members and our faculty advisors,
participate in our discussions and ask questions, listen to our
guest speakers, and you can vote on club issues.

We also know that many of you will not be able to attend our AGS
Meetings due to commitments. If you want an update of what we
covered in any of our meetings, contact one of the officers for an
officer recap. The best times to get an officer recap is during a
Pizza Night when an officer is working.

AGS meetings are held every other Tuesday, at 3pm, in the club
room.

                                                      POINT SYSTEM:
Every semester, each member must have at least 4 meeting points in order to
continue active membership.   AGS members receive 1pt for each meeting
attended.

If you cannot make it to the meetings, you may meet with an officer who can
give you a recap (this is worth 1pt) or you can read the minutes (worth half a
point).

Minutes can be found:
       -in the AGS folder in the Library (check it out on reserve)
       -downloaded off the website
       -you may contact James Torres and have the minutes emailed to you.
