AGS Pizza Nights are Monday through Wednesday nights from
6:30pm to 9pm and occur all year long! Pizza Nights are when the
AGS sells snack, pizza, and soda to the LPC night students. It is
our biggest fund-raiser, and where all of our scholarship money
comes from, so the more money we make at Pizza Nights, the
more scholarships we will be able to award at the end of the
semester.
If you are a new member and don't know how to work or set up
pizza nights, here's the list of things to do. Also, if you are new
you wont be working by yourself, you'll have other experienced
AGS members there to help you.

Chairs and Co-Chairs:
Pizza Night chairs and Co-Chairs are responsible for making
sure each pizza night goes off without a hitch. Their
responsibilities also include the following:
a) call the members who are working that night at least six
hours in advance to make sure they are coming.
b) If a person cannot make it, he/she is res
c) make sure pizza night was fully covered by items to sell, if
not let me know I sent E-Mails to members to donations.
d) Make sure pizza ordered and picked up
e) Co chair or the Chair has to be the one arrive early and
make sure everything going smoothly. ( like put the tables
together and put the pizza sign on the table so person who
are working that night will see the sign and start to help
setting the table)

Three fund-raising points will be deducted each time a member does not show up to work a Pizza Night (unless given a one day notice). |

Item Prices
Everything at Pizza Night sells for just $ .50 except for Pizza
which is $2 a slice, and sodas and water which sell for $.75. If
you see someone buying something at the vending machines,
call them over and let them know that we sell the same things
for half as much!!

| We are not longer accepting online sign ups for Pizza Night. Sign up in the student center, bldg 1700, on the calendar on the front of the AGS cabinet, or at an AGS meeting. |
